How many units should I rent for my event?
Event length and number of expected guests are two major factors that we consider when recommending number of units. We advise our customers to check out our event planning guide to find the right number of restrooms that will keep your guests comfortable.
 
How many units should I rent for my construction job site?
It is reccommended to have one portable restroom per 10 workers on a 40 hour work week. For more accurate numbers, please contact us.

Do you offer porta potties for special needs guests?
Absolutely. The Liberty model that we offer is designed to accommodate your special needs guests. It comes standard with handrails, a spacious layout, and a patented floor system that ensures the safety of your guests.
 
How often is the porta potty serviced?
With Happy Can, there is no need to worry about the frequency of service. Our staff is available to take care of all of your porta potty needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In the event of an emergency, we’ll have someone there in no time.
 
I have several different job sites. Will there be a separate delivery fee for each?
No. Happy Can is pleased to provide free delivery to multiple job sites.
 
I know that porta potties are used on construction sites, but what about weddings?
Certain porta potty models are designed specifically for events like weddings. These facilities offer extra amenities to ensure that your guests are taken care of and comfortable. Happy Can’s 816 Traditional model comes equipped with sinks, baby changing stations, and water saving faucets.

What does it cost to rent a portable toilet?
One of the many benefits to using Happy Can is our ability to provide competitive prices. When calculating rental costs, we consider a range of factors, which enables us to give our customers an accurate quote. These factors include event date, location, duration and number of guests. Is there any odor from the porta potties?
No, our portable restroom trailers all have sealed plumbing, just like the toilets in your home. With our non-flushing units, we utilize environmentally friendly deodorizer tablets to keep the restroom fresh.
 
What are the water requirements?
Our portable restroom trailers all are available with fresh water hook ups that are compatible with most city water connections. We can connect these units to the water source upon delivery. If water is not available on your event site, simply let us know and we can ensure that a non-flushing unit is available.

What's the longest amount of time I can have a porta potty and/or portable sink rental? 
There is no exact time limit on how long we can rent out our products to our customers. Please just communicate with us your needs and we will be happy to accommodate in satisfying them.
